What is Yoga?
Yoga is a holistic practice that incorporates the mind body connection. It works on your breathing habits, concentration skills and the ability to focus on the present. . This system originated in India, thousands of years ago and is now practiced universally.
Yoga practice helps in maintaining physical, mental and emotional health. One can be inducted here regardless of age or present physical condition. It can be done at one's own pace and there is no concept of competition with anybody else.
While most physical conditioning techniques emphasize the muscles, Yoga addresses every system in the body and mind.
Himalayan Hatha Yoga is one of the forms of yoga founded and taught by Yogi Ashokananda. It is based on traditional principles of yoga. A strong, yet supportive form of yoga, working through the entire body, cleansing and revitalising through special sequencing with a combination of subtle body exercises.

On your first visit, please arrive at least 5 minutes earlier to fill out a health questionnaire
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch easily.
Water and herbal tea is available in the studio.
